Three Station Horizontal Rotary Cold / Hot Box Core Shooters
These Core Shooters can shoot in volumes of 5 to 20 kgs. The average machine cycle time is from 10 second onwards without gassing, shoot and exhaust. The clamping can be done by either hydraulic or pneumatic method. The opening, shooting and gassing are simultaneously done on three core boxes. The core boxes can be parted horizontally. While the unit requires a power input of 3.7 kW, the entire functions are managed by a Programmable Logic Controller.
Single Station Horizontal and Vertical Cold / Hot Box Core Shooters
This flagship product of Selva Lakshmi Industries can shoot volumes in 5 to 100 kgs. The average machine time, excluding gassing, shoot and exhaust is from 25 seconds onwards. There is provision for hydraulic and pneumatic clamping and the core boxes can be parted either vertically or horizontally. With a PLC managing the operations, the unit works with an input of 5 kW power.
Core Sand Mixers - Manual Operation
Selva Lakshmi Industries Core Sand Mixers are designed for mixing oil bonded and resin sand. They are compactly made with a self-discharging facility. The batch volume of the Core Sand Mixers is 50 to 300 kgs.
Core Sand Mixers – Automatic Operation
While the salient features of the Core Sand Mixers are sustained in these mixers, there are some additional advantages. The Automatic Core Sand Mixers give a homogeneous mix in a short time. The compact design with high quality components and a PLC enables the mixer to provide exact dosing for the binder and sand. This mixer also is capable of batch volumes of 50 to 300 kgs.
